Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

I always want you to be happy with your purchase. But if you are unsatisfied, it is easy to make a return or an exchange. Please see below for the return and exchange policies. Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned with their original receipt and packaging. Shipping charges are non refundable.

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and refunded your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

If I shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact me @daisyfarmhousesoaps@gmail.com and I will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
